I would like Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH to keep me informed personally in future via e-mail, phone, text or MMS messages with up-to-date information and offers relating to TelekomCLOUD products.

I hereby agree that my contract and usage data pertaining to the TelekomCLOUD products and services used by me are used for general customer support, demand-orientated design of the products and services I use, advertising and market research. The data is shared exclusively between T-Systems International GmbH and Telekom Deutschland GmbH.

The consent that I have already given to use one of the aforementioned methods of contact remains effective. My data shall not be used for the above purposes if I withdraw my consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in the TelekomCLOUD portal at cloud.telekom.de.

My contract data is data that was provided voluntarily to Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH and is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (conclusion, amendment, termination of the contract and invoicing of charges).

My usage data comprises data which is generated when using Internet services provided by Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH (usage of websites and content, opening of e-mails, click behavior on the websites www.telekom.de, www.telekomcloud.com, www.mittelstand-die-macher.de and associated subdomains), when using products which are marketed as part of the TelekomCLOUD (AppAgile, Cisco Intercloud, Cisco WebEx, iMeet, Informatica, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Strato HiDrive, Symantec Endpoint Protection, TeamDisk, TeamLike, Telekom Open Cloud, vCloud), as well as data generated during product usage (data and transfer volumes, used licenses, login behavior, product usage).

Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH shall not in this context store or process any communications content created by you in TelekomCLOUD products.
